Felicia is a highly experienced property management professional with a strong track record in New Zealand’s residential sector. Based in Queenstown, she is also a property owner, investor, landlord, and business owner, bringing both professional expertise and personal insight to her role.
With several rental properties of her own, Felicia understands first-hand the realities and challenges landlords face in today’s rental climate. This perspective allows her to provide practical, informed advice and deliver solutions that truly work.
She has extensive knowledge of tenancy legislation, property maintenance, and market dynamics, with a focus on mid- to high-end properties. Known for her strategic approach and meticulous attention to detail, Felicia consistently achieves outstanding results for her clients.

Originally from Nova Scotia, Canada, Bobbie has been proud to call Queenstown home since 2017. Now residing in Jack’s Point with her partner and dogs, she combines her love for the region with a strong commitment to supporting our property owners and tenants.
Bobbie is the go-to for inspections, compliance, and property maintenance. Her attention to detail and commitment to doing things properly ensure properties are not only well-managed but consistently meet high standards.
Currently, Bobbie is further strengthening her expertise by working toward her New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management Level 4 reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional growth and excellence in the industry..

Dottie is our beloved office dog and miniature dachshund — affectionately known as a “sausage dog.” While her official title may not come with KPIs, she’s a critical part of the team’s wellbeing (and snack supply chain).
Dottie enjoys sun-soaked naps, casual snack negotiations, and enthusiastically chasing unsuspecting tradies in high-vis vests down the street. She may not be the most productive team member, but she excels at boosting morale and bringing smiles to everyone she meets.
